Through the coaching process, I focus on bringing awareness to your cognitive composition and to what your most authentic, true best-self looks like.
Adapting the methodologies of mediation, I apply the art and science of question-asking and dialoging to quite literally mediate between your brain and your inner, most authentic, best-self. Navigating the different messages or assertions that both parties (brain and best-self) are making, we are able to disseminate what cognitions, perceptions, and definitions are effective to your best-self and which ones are hindering and limiting. But most importantly, we creatively figure out how to take action to consistently align those effective cognitions, perceptions, and definitions with your best-self.
It is a fact: We are "conditioned" beings.
Meaning we have learned, and have been socially programmed, on how to view and define aspects in our lives; whether it is situations, experiences, conflict, relationships, challenges, career, health, the list goes on.
We have learned and been conditioned on how to think, how to perceive, how to respond. But more often than not these learned and conditioned responses, perceptions, and behaviors can be ineffective, limiting, and restrictive when trying to live life through our BEST self.
We have the ability to define elements in life through OUR own definitions of them.
