People are frequently and uniquely transitioning, shifting to new jobs, new spaces, new chapters, new roles.
Whether it's from different levels of education from middle school to high school, high school to college,
undergrad to grad school, shifting to a new position or job in the workforce, beginning a new chapter of life, moving to a new home, becoming a husband, wife, mother, father, being traded to a new sports team, making a drastic career move, or any other example of a transition, all of us have gone and will go through multiple transitions!
These transitions can feel overwhelming, confusing, scary, conflicting, and can cause detachment, disengagement, lethargy, opposition, and many other self-limiting responses and behaviors.
Movement is a part of life. How we view and perceive, how we think of and define, these moments in life absolutely determines how one will approach and respond to these transitions.
